Employee volunteering
Our FY23 volunteering participation rate has more than doubled, increasing by 8.4% percentage points compared to FY22. This increase was primarily due to the provision of centrally coordinated volunteer opportunities and as well as the establishment of new community partnerships that provided managed volunteer opportunities for our people.
