Carbon Neutral services to customers
The number of Carbon neutral services increased by 13% over FY23, largely driven by the growth of AGL's telecommunication services. The number of residential solar and batteries decreased over FY23 largely due to an increase in the price of battery hardware, as well as the cessation of the SA Home Battery Scheme and the Victorian Solar Battery Rebate in August 2022 and June 2023 respectfully. There was a significant decline in Carbon Neutral sales to Commercial and Industrial customers as a result of a change to how Carbon Neutral products are priced for these customers.
