Training

The number of reported training hours increased significantly this year, largely due to the inclusion of contact centre training undertaken by offshore operations. Leadership training and self-paced learning increased compared to FY22 due the introduction of a new platform (Go1) for Integrated Energy, further investment in Linkedin Learning, and improved management of learning records. During FY23 we continued to invest in mental health training, offering more workshops across the business.
